Annual Static Form errors uploading

The acceptable downloads for annual static form are .xlsx as shown below, however uploading the same file in .xlsx produces an error message. See second screen shot for details. The upload process should accept file type .xlsx

I observed the file contains all funds with a status of , active, closed, merged, pending funds. The file needs to exclude all except ‘Active funds’.
