Hi - assorted feedback on the press release table output

Table 3 - some formatting errors - there should be ab extra blank row above row 9 - instead there is an extra blank row at row 44

Chart A and B - both charts have introduced a line under the chart title - was this intentional. Can we also change the two charts to use the standard IA colour scheme? ECHO doesn’t do this, but it would be good to update to match IA branding.

Table 7 - row 85 is too thick - out of alignment with other tables
