Website CSV files feedback

Hi - a few minor points on the website csv files custom report

Can the names of the output files please be the same as they currently are from ECHO - our website to which they are uploaded expects a certain naming convention.

As an improvement, can we adjust the structure of the sector 3 CSV to match the below - a line has been inserted at row 2 and the dates from B1 have been put into B2, from C1 into C2 etc. This adjustment needs to be made every month and it would be good to get it automated.
